Purchase & Payment [top]
All payment will be done only through PAYPAL. Any private data like credit card number will not be exposed to me as a seller. Order will be processed only after payment is received. Your order status will be changed automatically after payment and inventory will be decreased automatically, too. That means the stuff is yours, now b(^.^)
IMPORTANT! After you click the last button of the ordering procedure, you will be directed to PayPal System to pay your order a.k.a complete the transaction. Inventory will not decrease until payment is made. Therefore, another buyer may still purchase the item in your cart. Submitting an order without payment is not considered that you are holding the item your order until you make the payment.
I will not receive any order or transaction notification either unless the payment is done which means: transaction is completed.
You may contact me if need more time for payment. However, it doesn't apply if in the time between your mail is sent and I read it, there's another customer purchase (order & pay it right away) the stuff. Please kindly understand this situation.
If you would like to make a reservation or send the payment by yourself from paypal, please let me know immediately. However, I can't guarantee in case there's another customer purchase your stuff before I read your message and save your stuff for you. I will not cancel a transaction that is already completed.
I apologize that I don't accept custom order, yet.
My stuff are mostly One Of A Kind-ones. Once, it's gone, it's gone and refer to the previous point, I don't accept custom order. I recommend you to just follow the cart system and pay it right away instead of using the 3 last options (more time payment, reservation, send payment by yourself).
About the pictures: what you see is what you get. I do not use my other handmade to model the stuff that I'm selling. Please kindly read my 'About Product&Handmade Nature' article. Thank you.

Sorry, I do not use converter in this web to avoid misunderstanding and I can not provide currency rate estimation as well for you. The rate will be determined by PayPal system. (Based on my shopping experience, for certain type of cards, when you login to your PayPal to make payment, the rate will be shown.) Please kindly contact them about this.
I only sell my original downloadable products here. I don't sell like: scanned pattern or whatsoever.
File will be sent to your registered email.
If you purchase downloadable products, you will only be able to download maximum 3 times. After that, if you want download again, you have to purchase them. The link is already tested to make sure there is no broken/lost link. I apologize that I do not send the downloadable file by email nor open access to re-download.

To avoid confusing and endless dispute of whether the order is actually received or not, I apologize that I don't send my stuff to other recipient.
I will send to the registered delivery address in Cube Cart, not in Paypal.
I send to YOUR REGISTERED address, not paypal, not post office / custom tax office but in case post office or custom tax regulation in your place require you to take the order in their office, I can't control it and push your post office and/or custom office to deliver it to you (not even my post office!). It's usually a state policy and that is totally beyond my control. You have to settle it with your custom or post office. Please kindly have a thorough and full understanding about custom regulation and post office regulation in your place.
I use clean used boxes for packing the order and wrap the item with plastic.
The goods I send you will be packed as neat as possible so it will arrive at your home safely. However, Custom may open to inspect the package. In this case, I can't be responsible for the any effect caused by Custom inspection.
According to my post office officer, shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks abroad, but to pass custom, etc, based on my experience as a buyer, it may take more. I can't take responsibility for late delivery. I have proof that I can show that I have sent the order to the shipping address you provide as soon as after payment is done. Please estimate your time when you will need your order. I suggest, it will be better to order very much sooner than when you need.
All cost, fee, or tax that may be arisen because of using non-state shipping company like those will be on customer. If after purchasing, you would like to use this kind of shipping, a bill for additional cost will be sent, otherwise, if there's no confirmation within then your order will be shipped using the shipping type you have chosen. I don't take any responsible when the confirmation comes after the shipping. Sorry, I can't hold the paid item without any confirmation or reason.
In case something happens, I can help to report the problem to the post office for investigation but I'm sorry, I personally, don’t responsible for late delivery, any lost or damage once the goods are posted to post office or other shipping company. Please have a full understanding that there are a lot of things happen outside my control. My business is craft business not shipping business. I have provided my buyers the best shipping options available in my country. If something happens, then they will be responsible for that and in accordance to regulation.
Please kindly choose the right shipping option and recognize the benefit & risk at the same time.
Return, Exchange, & Refund [top]
I apologize that I don’t accept any return, exchange, and/or give refund. The goods I provide here are made or selected (supplies) by me personally and sent at a good condition. Please choose the item carefully and email me if you need more info.

If you feel inspired and remake the same project, please email me and give credit to me.
If you want to remake the similar project as part your learning experience and sell it because you don't want to use it or sell it for other purpose, please email me FIRST for my permission and after you have my permission, please kindly not to forget to give credit to me.
Permission is given and handled case by case and it is exclusive one of another. Meaning, if I give permission on 1 request, doesn’t mean it’s also permission for other request in future or request that hasn’t been given my permission. In some situation, I may ask things that can assure me to give the permission but it doesn’t guarantee permission will be granted.
Permission given to 1 person doesn’t mean it can be given to others.
General rule: I do not allow industrial, bulk amount, or even more than 3 (total, not only amount for each design but total amount for whole designs used.) produced and listed for selling purpose (on-line and non online) in a month using my design (whether the pattern is remade and/or modified based on the products bought). I will set up additional rules case by case. That’s why email-me-first is very important.
It will be my personal and exclusive judgment whether I should give permission or not and I have no obligation to explain the reason like why I give permission to one person but not others and so on.
This rule also applies even for charity purpose.

About Inspired Crafts: These types of crafts are made based on Japanese books as part of my learning. I am not always use for myself or donate these crafts. Sometimes, I just keep them and it starts to pile-up.
On some events, I may also give my learning project as a bonus for some value of USD minimum purchasing or as a surprise gift for loyal customer or other event.
Bonus or Gift like this is granted and can not be requested. Please check out my announcement at http://mybazaar.nichancraftroom.com . This program can not be happened very often because it depends on my learning and therefore, the availability of the crafts I make. Don’t worry, no bad projects and used projects giveaway here (^.^).

Please kindly be notified with some important points regarding the split:
1. Please kindly be notified that any promotion in my web applies differently to my etsy store and vice versa.
2. Stuff I sell in etsy will not be sold in My Bazaar (and vice versa).
a. Uploading to Etsy takes time and there's also fee to pay. I also can not just exchange the stuff here and move the stuff there to this store because it means that I must rewrite everything Moreover, the chance of the exchanged stuff to be viewed is then smaller as the listing time will not be reset. Please kindly purchase in a store where the stuff is listed.
b. Stuff I sell in etsy is stuff I've already picked carefully. I don't just grab it from this store or after I make it and list it in etsy. More creative designs will be sold here. Perhaps, after some deep consideration, I will sell some of my more-creative designs in Etsy. (Anyway, after a copycat issue, I do not make any plain stuff anymore (-.-). So, no worries. Let's say, the crazier designs are here. That's all.).c. I've uploaded all stuff to My Bazaar. Even so, some of them will not be sold there and will be uploaded to Etsy. You can only view it but can't purchase it from My Bazaar.
3. I do not plan to list a lot of stuff in etsy. So, just visit this store in case you want to see more (^.^)
